Bounce! Trampoline Sports, is looking for Group Fitness Instructors at
their Valley Cottage, NY facility. Call or email Danny Fried at

Based on numerous requests, IFA has initiated a Gym Feedback Forum.
This service will allow gym visitors to post comments regarding issues
encountered where they train. This service is provided as a public
information and resource center and should function as an aid in
choosing the right gym. The board can be reached here - Gym Feedback

We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of one of our lead
instructors, John Velandra. He had been teaching our course at the
Fayetteville Community College in North Carolina for a good number of
years. He will be missed by all. After much consideration, the College
has chosen IFA Instructor Glenn Draughon to continue the program. As a
Football Coach with a Masters Degree in Physical Education, he brings
many years of professional fitness experience to the Fayetteville
College course. We offer our congratulations on his nomination.

IFA Master Fitness Instructor Brenda Mortimore, our local contact in
the UK, will be taking a hiatus from the fitness industry for a while.

Two new books that are highly recommend reading for IFA Instructors are
Business Mastery and Ethics of Touch
Members who are due for Recertification, should take the test at least
two weeks before your expiration date to avoid a gap in your membership
and insurance. Your new Certification Card will start on the date the
old one expires. Certifications are mailed within 72 hours of payment.
You can then print out an interim certificate using the Get Certificate
option for use until your materials arrive in the mail.

Watch Kickboxing Aerobics, Step and CPR Videos here!

CPR Video- You can watch free videos here on the website. The
Kickboxing Aerobics video is a 6 minute class segment. Or, click on one
of the other videos on the left panel under Online Videos. There is
also a 30 minute Step class originally an IFA pilot TV show and a NEW
CPR refresher video. There is no charge to view these videos. We will
be creating other videos of class segments and seminars in the near
future.

Film: "Super Size Me"

In SUPER SIZE ME, filmmaker Morgan Spurlock unravels the American
obesity epidemic by interviewing experts nationwide and by subjecting
himself to a fast-food only diet for thirty days straight. His Sundance
award-winning feature is as entertaining as it horrifying as it dives
into corporate responsibility, nutritional education, school lunch
programs and how we as a nation are eating ourselves to death. This
Roadside Attractions and Samuel Goldwyn film was a winner of the WGA
Documentary Screenplay Award.
IFA was invited to the initial screening in Chicago. This movie is
revealing, shocking and funny. It may very well be the Rosetta Stone of
Nutrition. The language of nutrition has been spoken but not until you
see this movie will you really and truly understand what they have been
saying.

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
